You don’t need full service wedding planning but need a bit more than month-of coordination? Partial planning is the right package for you! This is an a la carte package where you can choose which services you need and skip the rest. We start with the base coordination and add services as needed. See a list of available services below. Pricing is calculated based on your selections, and costs are shared in full up front, so you know exactly what I’m charging rather than billing by the hour. If you want to add more services later, no problem!
- Coordination (Vendor contract review, planning session with timeline creation, coordination of 1-hour rehearsal, and wedding planner attendance & coordination of main event)
- Venue research & selection, attending venue tours, assisting with logistics of choosing the best fit venue
- Logistics vendor bookings (assistance with booking catering, bartending, DJ/musicians, officiant, etc.)
- Design with associated vendor bookings (rentals, flowers, lighting, draping), room layout plans, theme & color palette, visual design & mood board
- Budget construction & analysis
- Budget management (with tracking of payments & due dates, monthly payment reminders)
- Invitation proofing, assembling, & mailing (postage not included)
- RSVP tracking
- Wedding planner attendance at alteration sessions & final fittings
- Wedding planner attendance at cake or catering tastings
- Favor assembly (not including cost of supplies)
- Assemble & deliver welcome baskets/gift bags
- Arrange hotel blocks
- Arrange transportation
- Wedding website creation
- Additional planning meetings as needed
- Rehearsal dinner location research, selection, and coordination
- Day-after brunch location research, selection, and coordination
- Guest activities for the wedding weekend
- Additional day-of assistants as recommended by the wedding planner based on size & scope of the event
