As Certified Wedding Planner, I specialize in Nashville Destination weddings. Services are designed so that we can plan your dream Nashville wedding even if you don’t live in town. I focus on ease of planning, a fabulous guest experience for the entire wedding weekend, and unique, colorful designs.
The package includes:
- UNLIMITED Client/Planner email and phone contact
- Venue research & assistance with booking, including tours & site visits
- Monthly meetings with planner, either in person or by video chat
- Budget construction, analysis, and management with payment tracking
- Full event design, theme, and concept development, including help booking rentals, flowers, lighting, draping, and other decor.
- Vendor research & booking, including vendor recommendations, logistics of booking catering, bartending, DJ/musicians, staffing, officiant, baker, etc.)
- Hotel blocks, transportation arrangements
- Favor & welcome basket assembly (not including cost of supplies)
- Invitation assembly (not including postage), with RSVP tracking
- Development of wedding website in conjunction with the client
- Coordination of rehearsal & assistance with booking rehearsal dinner location
- Coordination of day of set-up, ceremony, reception, and tear-down, including detailed day-of timeline creation
