Kelsey Gray Events offers floral design services for weddings, parties, and corporate events in Nashville and Middle TN. Each arrangement is designed specifically for your event and is unique, just like you! We also strive to source locally-grown or American-grown flowers whenever possible.
For Saturday weddings in high-volume months (May, June, September, October, November) there is a $3000 minimum on floral design, unless you are combining the service with one of our event planning packages. In order to protect the integrity of Kelsey Gray Events, when booking floral design services you agree that Kelsey Gray Events will be the exclusive provider of flowers and plants for your event.
If requesting a quote for a wedding, you can start emailing Kelsey or using the contact form to check if your date is available.
When booking, you’ll pay 25% as an initial payment to reserve your date. The remainder will be due 30 days before the event. At that 30 day point, we will schedule a meeting to discuss the order in detail and finalize any changes.
Flowers for Middle Tennessee corporate parties & nonprofit events:
For corporate and nonprofit events there is no minimum spend, but we request that you try to book flowers as far in advance as possible. At least 3 weeks is helpful for weekday events. If your event is on a Saturday during wedding season, booking months in advance may be necessary to secure your date. Please email kelsey@kelseygrayevents.com for a quote.
