Couples who book the partial planning package are typically those who are very excited about wedding planning but don’t know how to get it all done. Maybe you’ve booked your venue, but you’re feeling overwhelmed once you realize how many decisions are involved in wedding planning. The partial planning package is a nice middle ground between full planning and the overwhelm that comes with a DIY wedding. As the wedding planner, I’ll still assist you with the big items like booking your wedding vendors. You’ll handle some of the smaller details yourself, with the luxury of a planner to guide you through the process.
The package includes:
- Unlimited planner/client email communication
- Approximately 5-6 meetings with planner, a mix of virtual and in-person, including attendance at 1 rental mock-up session and 1 venue site visit as needed
- Budget construction and analysis
- Vendor research & assistance with booking vendors (music/DJ, floral, officiant, caterer, live entertainment, lighting/draping, bakery, etc.)
- Event design, theme, and décor assistance
- Rental order management
- Wedding checklist with timeline of items that you will need complete on your own.
- Portal for storage of wedding documents
- Access to planner’s recommended vendor list
- E-folder of written instructional tools, tips, and advice for wedding planning
- Confirmation of details with all vendors in the last month of the event, including phone calls with vendors as needed
- Timeline and layout creation
- VIP timeline for bridal party and family
- 1 hour rehearsal
- On site the day of the event, approximately 10-12 hours, coordinating the day from start to finish
In the partial planning package, I’ll assist you with high-impact, big-picture items like booking vendors, but it will be up to you to manage smaller details, like ordering invitations or picking bridal party attire. You will be given a checklist of items that you need to complete on your own, and I am always available by email for questions. Instead of monthly meetings, we’re completing about 5-6 planning sessions. You can always add additional planning sessions or services if you decide that you need them later. Typically, brides who book this package already have their venue booked, but if you need assistance with venue research & booking, then we can add this at an additional fee.
