Located downtown and stretched along 1st Avenue, Four Seasons Nashville offers couples planning a wedding access to their stunning Riverview Ballroom. This reception venue is ideal for couples who wish to host an intimate yet luxurious celebration, such as Erin & Wesley’s.

The grand ballroom at Four Seasons Nashville boasts soaring 20’ ceilings and an open floor plan. But perhaps, best of all, are the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide glittering views of the Cumberland River on the night of your wedding.

The space can be transformed to create the colorful wedding day of your dreams. Or, it can be accessed to carry out your unique wedding day vision, which was true for Erin and Wesley. Working side by side with them to plan their Four Seasons Nashville wedding through well-thought-out design choices & lush florals allowed us to dive into the details of their vision. They imagined a chic evening celebration. One filled with monochromatic flowers, crisp black linens, softly flickering candles, and classic wedding day stationery items.

To further enhance their overall wedding day experience and create a cohesive aesthetic amongst their guests, attendees were provided with a dress code for the evening. The request for black attire only added an air of sophistication to Erin & Wesley’s wedding. All the while, producing enchanting wedding day photos depicting elegant design and exuberant guests.

Throughout the planning process, we focused on refining each of these subtle yet striking details. All with the intention of bringing a further sense of enjoyment to Erin, Wesley, and their guests for a memorable evening.

Once accomplished, their choice of venue, color palette, florals, and dress code seamlessly established an unforgettable wedding day experience. It was an evening where the soft sounds of a live saxophone filled the air, friends and family took to the dance floor, and the Nashville skyline blazed bright in the backdrop.

Nashville Wedding Flowers Imbued with Elegance

To curate the atmosphere for their reception, floral arrangements were designed in a combination of heights with varying depths and textures. We used a mix of blooms, including cala lilies, orchids, and lisianthus. Low-profile floral arrangements sat side by side on long family-style tables to create a look that closely resembled an elevated version of floral garland.

In the corners of Erin and Wesley’s reception were round guest tables. For these ‘breakout’ areas of seating, we focused on towering glass vases that were affixed with white roses and tulips. All in all, cultivating an organic, yet structured aesthetic.

Though each table presented its own distinctive floral styling, the low-profile and taller vase arrangements were developed with connection in mind. Guests were able to spend the evening freely enjoying conversation and clinking glasses in honor of the newlyweds.
